An elegant English speaker is usually rich in nuance in his/her expression. He has amazingly "some sort of finesse" which is sharply sophisticated.
Such sophisticated finesse is admirably built through having a lot of feeling experience in his heart. The point is that you are required to substantially experience so many delicate matters and sentiently feel them in your daily life. Because the experience of life performs as your great mother for the sake of learning and development for you.
Essentially speaking, everyone possesses latent ability in him. This latent ability shall be called "potentiality" in my definition.
"Potentiality" I define is different from "possibility" simply treated by people in general. Possibility is the one people can recognize without any difficulty. However, potentiality is the one people normally can not recognize so easily.
Your teacher, Toshiyuki Namai has an insight into the recognition of student's potentiality. He does try to do his best to find student's potentiality through his teaching.
It is a wise idea for you to place yourself in his heart. Because doing so is the best way for to receive his guidance regarding your potentiality you don't know yet.
